All orders are subject to product availability and prescription verification where applicable. Prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes. Quick Pharma reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or failed verification. Payments made via Razorpay are subject to Razorpay's own terms and conditions.

We offer free shipping on orders of ₹1,000 or more. A flat shipping charge of ₹100 applies to orders below this threshold. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are indicative only. Quick Pharma is not liable for delays caused by courier services, natural events, or regulatory holds.

Medicines and healthcare products are generally non-returnable once dispensed, in accordance with applicable pharmacy regulations. Refund requests will be considered in cases of:

• info Product received in a damaged or expired condition.
• info Order cancelled before dispatch.

All refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team.
