school Qualifications & Registration

All pharmacists at Quick Pharma hold a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) degree from a recognised institution and are registered with their respective State Pharmacy Council under the Pharmacy Act, 1948. Registration is verified and renewed annually.

Our pharmacist team operates during extended hours to ensure prompt prescription review. Standard review turnaround is within 4–6 hours during business hours. Urgent orders flagged by customers are escalated and reviewed within 2 hours where possible. Customers are notified by email once their prescription is approved or if additional information is required.

policy Right to Refuse Dispensing

Our pharmacists retain the professional right to refuse dispensing in situations including but not limited to:

  • block Prescriptions that appear altered, forged, or suspicious.
  • block Orders where dosage or quantity raises clinical safety concerns.
  • block Requests for drugs without an appropriate diagnosis evident from the prescription.
  • block Repeat dispensing beyond the prescribed course without a fresh prescription.
